Right of Withdrawal

An eligible consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receive the goods.

Before the period expires, send a clear statement to [email protected], including your name, contact details and sufficient information to identify the order.

Follow the return instructions and send the goods back without undue delay within the applicable legal period.

Where withdrawal is valid, eligible payments will be reimbursed according to applicable law. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received.

Legal exceptions may include customised goods, rapidly deteriorating goods and certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after opening.
