Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility, the return process and the handling of eligible reimbursements.
Return period
Starting a return
Contact [email protected] before returning an item. Include your contact and order details and follow the instructions supplied.
Condition of goods
Return products complete with accessories and, where reasonably possible, original packaging. The consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Contact support promptly, retain the product and packaging, and provide photographs or other reasonable information when requested.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed after the request and returned goods have been reviewed, in accordance with applicable law.
Costs and exceptions
Direct return costs may be borne by the customer where permitted by law, unless goods are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Statutory exceptions may apply to customised, perishable or certain unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods.
