These terms apply to use of this website and consumer orders submitted through EverNexy product pages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We aim to present descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Images may be illustrative and minor variations may occur without affecting essential product characteristics.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Receipt alone is not necessarily acceptance. Acceptance may occur through confirmation or dispatch. Orders may be declined where information is incomplete, availability is insufficient, delivery is impossible or misuse is reasonably suspected.

The price and additional charges are shown or communicated before ordering. Unless stated otherwise, the customer pays the confirmed amount at delivery.
